Include the affected page, what you tried and the error message. Never send your password or email sign-in code.

Signing in

Request an email code at the sign-in page. Check your inbox and spam folder, enter the newest code and choose Verify and sign in. Wait for the resend countdown before requesting another code. Older sign-in links may no longer work.

Uploading an image

Create or select a project, then upload a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 10 MB and 16 megapixels. If a file cannot be read, export it again as one of those formats. The allowance is 20 upload slots per account, including saved versions and trash. Interrupted uploads can hold a slot pending review. Your upload and saved versions appear in that project’s library.

Saving and recovery

Save new version keeps the original in your library. If a save is not confirmed, choose Refresh library and check for the image before saving again. If the message says your image was saved but the library could not refresh, refresh the library instead of repeating the save. Keep your original file.

Design studio

Select an image in your project and choose Open design editor. Add text, images/logos and shapes; drag to move or use the corner handle to resize. Templates are editable starting layouts. Save design version stores an editable layer document and PNG privately, using one upload slot. Reopen that saved version with Open design editor to continue editing. There is no automatic cloud autosave.

Brands, templates and copies

Open the design editor’s Brand tab to save a private kit with colours, a font and an optional uploaded logo. Apply colours and font or add the logo as an editable layer. In Templates, save your layout and choose its product image slot; open another product image to apply that layout. Duplicate design creates a separate editable PNG version and uses one upload slot. Kits and templates can be archived and restored, and do not themselves use upload slots.

Downloading

Select an image, choose a format and click Download PNG. Square exports are 1080 × 1080, portrait 1080 × 1350 and story 1080 × 1920. Fit whole image keeps the complete image visible; Fill frame can crop edges.

AI and credits

AI image generation, AI chat and complex-scene background removal are not available yet. The design editor can remove flat, edge-connected backgrounds locally. Uploading, editing, saving and downloading do not use TF tokens. Credit purchases and subscriptions are not available.

Account and privacy requests

For help with access, your account or uploaded content, email us from the address used for your TryFluence account. Describe what you need without attaching passwords, sign-in codes or private documents. Requests are handled manually; use Storage and account in the studio to record or cancel a deletion request. Deletion requires manual review.
