Who operates TryFluence
TryFluence is operated by Globe International, Delhi, India. Contact hello@tryfluence.in for support, privacy questions, correction or deletion requests. This notice covers tryfluence.in and its creative workspace.
Information we use
We use your email address and account identifier to send sign-in codes and maintain access. We store your projects, uploaded images, saved versions, names, file types, sizes, timestamps, editing settings, brand kits (names, colours, preferred fonts and logo references) and reusable template layouts. Account usage and credit records support the workspace. Hosting, authentication and email providers may record request information, IP addresses, security events and operational errors. Support correspondence includes what you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, store and edit your work, provide downloads, investigate failures, respond to requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Upload only content you have permission to use. Avoid uploading identity documents, passwords, financial credentials or other sensitive information unnecessary for creative editing.
Service providers and locations
Vercel hosts the application; Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage; Hostinger Email sends authentication emails and hosts the support mailbox. They process information needed to provide their services. The Supabase project is configured in Mumbai. Other provider operations may involve processing outside Delhi or India; this is not a promise of India-only processing. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address misuse or protect lawful rights.
Private work and AI
Projects and uploads are private within the account-access design and are not automatically published in our showcase. Operational access may be necessary for support, maintenance or security. Public showcase images are fictional product concepts. In-app AI image generation and AI chat are disabled. The current application has no implemented workflow for training models on customer uploads. Future AI features require updated notices before activation.
Cookies and security
Necessary authentication cookies and browser storage support sign-in and session continuity. The reviewed application contains no advertising-tracking integration. Provider security and operational logs may still exist. HTTPS and access controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute security. Protect your email account and never share sign-in codes.
Retention and trash
Active projects and files remain available while you use the workspace unless deletion is requested and processed or a justified legal or security action requires otherwise. Trash hides an asset from the active library and permits restore; it retains the stored file and continues to use an upload slot. There is no automatic inactivity purge or automatic trash expiry. Interrupted uploads may retain a slot until support reviews them. Keep independent copies of important work.
Your requests and deletion
You can record or cancel an account-deletion request in Studio → Storage & account, or contact hello@tryfluence.in from your account email. Requests are reviewed manually and may require proportionate identity verification. Recording a request does not delete your account or files. We will explain any lawful retention requirement, unresolved activity or technical issue affecting a request. Deletion can end workspace access. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention processes; we do not promise immediate erasure from every backup. No automatic permanent-deletion worker is active.
Adults and changes
TryFluence is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not offer a verified child-account flow. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. We may update this notice as the service develops, identifying material changes where appropriate. Applicable statutory rights and remedies remain available.
