Operator and service
TryFluence is operated by Globe International, Delhi, India. Contact hello@tryfluence.in. These terms describe use of our early-access creative workspace at tryfluence.in, subject to applicable Indian law and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Available features
Current features include email-code sign-in, projects, private image uploads, basic adjustments, headlines, saved versions, brand kits, reusable design templates, recoverable trash and PNG downloads. AI generation, AI chat, background removal, purchases and subscriptions are unavailable. Showcase images labelled concept examples are fictional inspiration and do not demonstrate an available in-app AI feature or third-party endorsement.
Account eligibility
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter an enforceable agreement. If using it for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Use an email account you control, protect sign-in codes and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not access another user’s workspace or bypass account controls.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in uploaded content. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including necessary permissions relating to people, trademarks and copyrighted works. You permit Globe International to host, reproduce and process it as necessary to provide requested editing, storage, downloads, support and service operation. This does not transfer ownership or authorize public marketing use without separate permission.
Review your output
Review edits before publication. Cropping, resizing, filters, overlays and export can change an image. Keep original files and independent copies. We do not guarantee exact identity, text or pixel preservation in every operation, or that your output is suitable for every intended use.
Acceptable use
Do not use TryFluence for unlawful activity, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, deceptive impersonation, infringement, harassment, malicious files or attempts to compromise the service. Respect other people’s privacy and rights. We may proportionately restrict access to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements, with notice and an opportunity to resolve matters where appropriate.
Storage and saving
The early-access allowance is 20 upload slots per account across projects. Each original or saved version uses a slot; files are limited to 10 MB and uploads to 16 megapixels. Trash retains its slot. Interrupted uploads can hold a slot pending support review. If saving is uncertain, refresh the library before repeating the operation and download your current canvas to keep a copy. Limits may change with appropriate notice; this allowance is not a backup-service guarantee.
Charges
Current uploading, non-AI editing, saving and downloads do not debit TF tokens. No payment, subscription or token-purchase flow is available. Any future paid feature must disclose price, taxes, charging rules and applicable cancellation or refund terms before you authorize a charge. These terms do not authorize undisclosed charges or recurring payments.
Leaving and deletion
You may stop using the service and request account/content deletion through Storage & account or hello@tryfluence.in. Requests require manual review and may require identity verification. You can cancel a pending request before processing begins. Trash is recoverable; permanent deletion, once performed, cannot be undone through the app. Applicable retention requirements and provider backup limitations are described in our Privacy Notice.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an early-access basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. No nominal zero-rupee liability cap or compulsory waiver of statutory rights is imposed.
Law, disputes and updates
Indian law applies. Competent courts in Delhi may hear disputes, subject to mandatory jurisdiction, applicable consumer forums and statutory remedies. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration. We may update terms as the service changes, providing notice of material changes where appropriate.
